For owners and prospective owners of Radio Shack PRO-433 and PRO-528 scanners.
These scanners have limitations, as you would expect in a budget priced scanner. There are no alpha tags and no PL/DPL.
We will discuss how to program and programming via your computer, if it becomes available and all other features. As we become familiar with these scanners, I'm sure we will be able to help each other with questions or problems.
When some one takes the time and effort to help you by answering your question it is only common courtesy to reply.
NOTE: For a simple explanation about TRUNKING and step by step PROGRAMMING, click FILES on the left side of these pages.
Like all of these groups, we will not tolerate bashing, heated arguments or derogatory discussions. Jocularity and friendly jabbing is fine. We all can use a chuckle now and then.

www.radioreference.com The pro 433 is the same as the Rad shack 528. It will NOT receive some 800 freq Ya gotta pay $ 500 to get um all. Most state patrol are
