Earth Axis Shift.

"The devastating quake that occurred off the coast of Sumatra 24 December 2004
jolted the Earth's axis of rotation enough to move the poles by 10 cm." The
extraordinary effect of that jolt appears to coincide with a vision I had over
eight years earlier, when on 21 October 1996 I observed a band around the Earth.
It was very narrow and oriented vertically along the Earth's axis and twice the
diameter. Viewed from my perspective the band was tilted to the left at the top
(North Pole). In three years I would publish a note of that prediction and in
five more years learn the incredible truth. The Earth would tilt off axis
instead of the band. I made the classic error. In paranormal experiences, one
should not forget about things that transcend physical laws

I experienced the vision here at home and was part of it. I was observing myself
in a crouched position looking at the band from a considerable distance in
space. Suddenly, the single band became three bands and began wobbling in and
out of one another while encircling the Earth. In unheard words I was being told
the band was the paranormal. Unwilling to accept a paranormal experience of
observing the paranormal as a band, I was to omit this in a publication and
regret it later. It still doesn't make sense, but that is not the point. What I
did was inexcusable, and I wonder if not contributory to my confusion. The
paranormal has always been personal and informative and, of course, always far
ahead of me. Then why the exception. Was it because of the deliberate omission?
I believe so. I was being taught a lesson. See NOTE..

I failed to understand that the Earth had tilted and began wobbling, not the
bands. Matter alters and undergoes change, but the paranormal intrigue is
altogether different. Still, it does not explain the in and out movement.
Conceivably, I was viewing only a single band that was physically compensating
for the Earth's axial instability, yet it looked like three bands. Although
speculative, the suggestion is intriguing for what is implied. The Earth is
safeguarded by an outside force, or forces, and would explain the appearance of
a paranormal band as protective. It is best left at that.

The band experience was one of a kind in a group of four. Three of the four
comprised a paranormal series and the band vision was not included. It was a
shared experience that linked to the last of the three and, undoubtedly, the
most vital. This is from our human perspective but not necessarily the
paranormal. Rather than go into it here, read "The Paranormal Objectified in a
Perplexing Encounter." The note appeared in "The Journal of Religion and
Psychical Studies, July 1999, which has since changed names to "The Journal of
Spirituality and Paranormal Studies."

NOTE. For example, in the meteorite vision that was to strike in the Andes 15
September 2007 I saw clearly a black rim surrounding the hole, but the blackness
was not in the photo released afterward. I understood why. I was not to confuse
the strike with anything else, such as an asteroid (see Peru Meteorite Crash
2007, Internet). This was documented and emailed 12 days earlier on 03 September
2007 to a leading parapsychologist. The email follows:

At 0243 this morning I visually experienced the aftermath of a
meteorite striking a planet, moon or whatever. It could be Planet Earth.

Its strike was at a 15 degree declination off true perpendicular, and it
went down deep. It was unlike anything I have ever seen; the peculiar
'black' and the strange tunneled out configuration, hinting of a meteorite.

The '15 degrees' is intriguing because of duality.

It is interesting that these space occurrences usually result 36 to 39 days
after the experiencing, meaning that something of the sort could occur
between October 16 - 19. However, all that could be changing now. The
paranormal mystery is dynamic, as we both know. Still, I would not have it
any other way. I must be crazy <grin>

Inasmuch as I am focused selectively on Israel for using geo-scans, this
could relate, but I'm afraid it is guesswork at best..

Should such an event occur in space between those dates, I'll inform you.
