Happy Memorial Day!
Please remember those who have served and fought for our freedom in one way or another whether they be military, law enforcement or rescue workers.
It is nice to know that God remembers us.
We all have sinned and fallen short of God's holiness and righteousness, God's Word tells us. We were headed for judgment that would last throughout all eternity.
God loved us so much that he looked ahead through the annals of history and found the solution in the sacrifice of sinless Jesus dying on the Cross for our sins.
Then as proof that Jesus had the authority to die in our place and forgive us our sins; after His burial He rose from the grave on the third day. So thank Jesus for forgiving your sins and setting you free from the bondage of sin.
If you have not done so yet; it is time to repent of your sins, to believe in Jesus Christ and receive Him as your Lord and Saviour. Then you will be able to thank God for setting you free.
