There is an excellent and very complete article on nalbinding by Odd
Norland (no kidding, that was his name) that appeared in one of the
early NESAT publications (I think.) I'm sorry not to be more
specific, but I can't access my files at the moment. A web search
will probably turn it up fairly quickly.
