I *think* I remember that about this time of year the fertilizer should
be changed. But it was so long ago that I got the information that I
can't really be sure.

Can someone please give the 'rules' for fertilizing in summer and in
winter, and when the changeover should be made?

Or was it an old wives' tale that I heard?
