Good morning Martin!
We use a hybrid coupler provided by JK Audio. The Innkeeper 1.
JK Audio also offers less expense telephone couplers, too.
For under $300.00 (US) you can implement their "Inline Patch"
coupler. This unit works in direct conjunction with your sound mixer
of choice to bring telephone quality guest interviews to your show.
It's reliable and your guest will NOT have to have Skype set up on
their end, just a landline or a cell phone.
I love the fact that this set up removes all barriers between you
and your guest. Keeping your loop short, simple and sweet!

Peace and joy always,
Tony
