Open Preferences menu, General tab, set Item preview height = 11.

This is the auto bullet toggle. Auto bullet means that for new lines,
PolyNote inserts automatically bullet character (either a big dot, a -,
or a *) to the beginning of the line if the previous line contains the
same bullet characters.

It's the inverse for me :-) - I'd prefer having two separate buttons or
separate functions.
If you can get more user asking for this change request, I will sure
try to implement this.

You can choose Delete Item in the menu.
