You can export text memo, table and sketch to, respectively, TXT, CSV and JPG file (requires LibJPEG.prc file, which is a free add-in that I do not distribute - until I'm sure that there'll be no copyright-related issues). The files are in the /PALM/Programs/PolyNote directory on your 1st external card.

A bemol on JPG file though: you can only export to gray-scale JPG files, and some time the image is mysteriously malformed. I guest that's a problem for older device, because since my move to Treo 650, that problem disappears.
