Is there a function that loops through all the columns in a row and tells me if
one contains a null column? using 9.02, wndows xp and Oracle 9i. Having trouble
with using buffers and the reason could be there are null values in one or more
columns and need to change the values to 0 or empty string to continue. Thanks
