Re: [PowerObject] RE: can I use a treeview to include embedded dddw's and mimic datawindow?

Thanks.  There's always a catch, we are currently using 9.02 and the updated
treeview objects were introduced in 10.5: we have no current plans of updating
to version 10.5.  Certainly something to use in pushing for the upgrade, so
thanks!

Mike -

I've only used the pfc_treeview service and the horrid hard-coding of
treeviews prior to the pfc_treeview service. I have NOT used the new DW
treeview format.

If you want a treeview to be editable, then THAT'S the way to go:
using the new DW treeview format.

This is an amendment to my previous question of multiple dymamic dddw's.
As an option to a dw that is currently used, could I represent the same
information in a treeview that represents the same 1,2 or argument id's
being passed in and constitute the basis of the filter used in the
dynaminc dddw's represented on the dw( must have the same functionality
of selecting and saving the info)? The information that will be
displayed is the following:
checkbox, description, check amount, clinic amount, max allowed

the description is the dropdown,
check amount is an edit field
clinic amount is an edit field.

Is this doable in the confines of a treeview?
