What makes a QuickTime or WiMP file is th CoDec
(compressor/decompressor) QuickTime has many, WiMP has
one and theirs is propretary. The only way to
"convert" (or in this case transcode) is to recompress
in WiMP format. Since WiMP's codec is lossy (as are
most QuickTime CoDecs), if you're already working with
an encoded file (as oppesed to an uncompressed file)
this will degrade the quality.
