To create a VCD, you need to convert your videos to a special size
of MPG format.

You will need a third party program to do that.

I am not sure which computer system you have, so it is difficult to
make a recommendation. (If you are using a Mac, iMovie may be your
best bet, and if you are using a PC, TMPEGenc is recommended.
Microsoft Movie Maker will not work, as it does not save in MPG
format.)

The best place for assistance is VIDEOHELP.COM, which has lots of
tips and tricks to do exactly what you need.\

I have never dealt with QuickTime before, but there aer some clips I want to burn to a VCD/SVCD that are in QuickTime, so I got the QuickTime Pro, thinking...

Thanks...that's a start!! I'm using Windows XP..I will look into the TMPEGenc & see if I cna understand it. Dont't know that much about any programs like...
