A search of past posts didn't show this being asked/answered, so I'll
give it a try.
When I copied the movie files taken by my digital camera from my
laptop to my backup HD, all the tag/property info (Title, comment,
author, etc) I had so carefully set was removed from the file. This is
using Windows XP. Any ideas on why this happens and how to prevent it.
