It's interesting to me that there is no QuickTime manual.
However, there are two books that cover QuickTime. Both are
written by David Pogue. The first is called "Mac OS X: The
Missing Manual" and the second one is "iMovie2: The Missing
Manual". The second book has an entire chapter devoted to
QuickTime Pro. I have found both books very helpful. You can
check out www.missingmanual.com
The Mac OS X book is around $24.95 (US) and the iMovie2 book
is around $19.95 (US).
