Hello,

At the risk of asking an oft-discussed question...

Sometimes when I save a photo and then try to view it I get a gray
image of nothing. The file info shows the true size of the file and
what the compression type is (generally .jpg) but that the display
size is 0x0. What causes this and how does one keep it from happening?

Thanks,
Robert
