Today I started making a package for Al-Qalam package, yet there are
things that are needed:

1. Copyright information (License + Authors), please provide authors'
info. as follows: Author Name <email address>
2. Does Al-Qalam replace ArabTeX, or could it co-exist with ArabTeX on
the same system ? Btw, I noticed that no files that are in ArabTeX
exist in Al-Qalam.
3. Where should the 'Uqnskh.fd' file be installed ?
4. I think it will be better to have the documentation for Al-Qalam in
TeX format in addition to the existing PDF.
