The last decision took by Abdulnasser Group that Released the last version of AlQalam 0.2 was to consider the project published under the LPPL the LaTeX Project Public License. Ok, I figured out where to put that too. Al-hamdu liLah, the package is
now working, just a few remaining issues are left: Copyright (license +
authors), a multi-line description, and optionally the documentation in
TeX format.
