Sourceforge.
Anyways, after it gets approved insh'Allah, I suggest the following:

* Enable SVN repository (it is better than CVS).
* Disable CVS repository.
* Check in the first version of alqalam into the SVN repository then
check in the second version.
* Sourceforge has mailing list service, so I suggest adding a mailing
list on sourceforge and migrating to it.
* Added 0.2 (and 0.1?) releases of AlQalam to releases page.
