I am going to test my L48 marker on Monday and send my request to FTDNA, is there another test that I should be testing first, I only have my 25, deep clad and verification by EA on S21, any suggestions?

It may be that the L44 test is still pending. google "McGee utility" for the primary STR comparison tool out there, which accomplishes multiple purposes....
