Thank you for your prompt and very helpful reply.  I had expected to thank you before this time, but kept putting it off for no good reason other than I kept doing other things.
 
I have requested an estimate for the Archives to copy the document I desire.  The need to pay for the cost estimate hasn't gone into effect as yet. 
 
I couldn't locate my document in the on-line catalog so I wrote them with the document number I had and they responded that my catalogue number was correct.  I m

The National Archives does have a copying service:

but you have to be able to identify the number of pages you want to be
copied which might be difficult. You can search their online catalogue:

If not you can ask their staff to do a search for you for a fee:
