I could not agree more with Rex. I quip, "It only hurts when I think about it" for mental pain. I also found that clenching my teeth so hard as to cause pain

Fri 18 May 2012, 4:16 pm It was established a long time ago that hypnosis produced rather profound anesthesia in certain individuals under certain conditions.
