Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is a third way cognitive-behavioral therapt
designed specific for suicidal patients and people with borderline personality
disorder. It's the only form of therapy empirically validated for borderline
personality disorder, and it is foccused more on acceptance then disputing
everything.
