Hi Micah,
I for one and very happy that you have created this
forum. I have never posted anything that could be
considered slanderous and this is the internet.
I have posted my "real issues"; but, it is nothing
that will come back to haunt me. If something I
posted can help someone else with PTSD or with
irrational beliefs like my own, I am happy I posted.
The responses I get to my posts from you guys really
reinforces my "homework" and my therapist is impressed
with the advice I get.
Thank you for creating this avenue for people like me.
