Private detectives ( or professional criminals )can do wonders with
such paltry clues. I have also read scattered accounts of people who
are not professionals, just trouble people with lots of time,
accomplish some pretty malicious acts with less information.

This is sort of like leaving your car door unlocked in an urban area.
You can do it and be okay most of the time, but you still want to
lock your door.
