There is an interesting event on Left Circular Polarization at Nancay:
http://www.obs-nancay.fr/quicklook_jupiter/2009/07/J090702.png
It forms an arc, from about 0100 to 0230 UT, and is observable in the 12 to 20 Mhz band.
The Longitude/Phase track lies above and to the left of Io-B .
Could it be an Io-D ?
The Io-D region does not show in "Jupiter Pro".
It shows as a light blue band in "Jupiter Radio", to the left of Io-B.
It shows as a trapezoid in the "Probabilite Jupiter a Nancay" plots.
