1. Please ensure that the version of HS2convert.exe is the same as
that of the version of HandyShopper, if you are using a recent version
of HandyShopper. CHeck the date of HS2convert.exe installed in
\program files\Black Rat Software\Rat Shoper and compare to that
insttled wherever you have HandyShopper installed. Use the most recent
version.

2. If that does not work, please post the version of RatShopper, and
the version of HandyShopper.
