Ann,

I think that was the error I was getting when I first tried to
run RatShopper which was only a week or so ago. I believe you have to copy
the hs2convert.exe file from the version of HandyShopper you are using into
the RatShopper directory; by default it is (C:\Program Files\Black Rat
Software\Rat Shopper).
By the way, for anyone who wants to know, I have been using the
latest version of HS and RS and things are fine so far. I have had no
problems so it appears they are playing nice together. :-)

I'm trying to get my newly downloaded RatShopper to run, and get
errors when I try to import.

hs2convert failed to run - error code 1

When I click OK on that error, I get:

File TMP.TXT should contain a converted parameters from
HS2CONVERT.EXE but appears to be incomplete

Error reading TMP.TXT/Databasename: missing

I am running HS Build 5530 dated 7/30/03

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any assitance will be
greatly appreciated!
