Aha I see it worked. I did try to reinstall before, but the installer
didn't overwrite the newer version - so after manually deleting
ratshopper.exe like you described it worked.
I am a new ratshopper user, so I think it should not be too hard to
find out the conditions under which this happens. I just installed
ratshopper with the installer program, copied over the new
ratshopper.exe and that was it. I didn't have a hs2list.tps or
units.tps yet, maybe that was the problem? Anyway it works now for me,
