I get a similar error when I try to run 2.15, only mine is about the
IconList file:

File IconList could not be opened. Error: Invalid Record Declaration
(47). Press OK to end this application

(Extrapolating from the solution suggested for Roel's problem, I did
try simply removing the IconList file, but then I just got the error
File Not Found (2), which I suppose I should have expected!)

I've put IconList back in place and I've reverted to version 2.12 so
everything's working again, but I'd love to try out the new search
function. If you think any details of my configuration might help you
figure out the problem, feel free to ask.
