i imagine others have already noticed this, but ill
mention it here (first-page of messages):

firefox will not download the files, use ie.

my winxp-sp2, firefox-11 system looked fine until
i clicked on the link, then it said:

{Save link} yellow-!-icon
The link could not be saved. The web page might
have been removed or had its name changed.

clicking on link in ie, and everything worked fine.
