Hi I'm a new programmer in my department. I've attain a Diploma in
Computing recently, and I was assign to IT department after I attained
it.

I'm placed in the development team. And last week I was assigned 2
project to look into.

It seems that I'm lost immediately I was assigned with the work. I
don't know where to begin. With the senior guide, I've completed with
the documetation or Business Requirement for the first and easier one.

Now I'm suppose to create or program this using excel, but I'm not very
familiar with it.

Need your expertise, how do I compose myself and get everything in
place. Where do I begin? And how can I achieve this without my senior
thinking that I'm incapable.
