If you mean how do you calculate element to element correlations, and then
construct to construct correlations this is pretty straight forward using
one of the rep grid analysis packages, many of which are free. The

If you are meaning construct by element correlations I believe this would
be problematic, however, the purpose of many mutlivariate analyses is to
examine through factor analysis etc the construct/examine relationships.
