Hi,
I am working on a project to develop a comprehensive system to
support the management of various customer relationships. The first
steps are to define who the customers are and to discover who are the
stakeholders in these customer relationships. Then I plan to
interview both customers and stakeholders to discover their views of
and goals for the relationships and their information requirements
for supporting these goals.
It struck me that PCP might be a useful tool for eliciting the
stakeholders goals and discovering the information needed to support
them. Any thoughts or suggestions?
