I would suggest looking at the book on Business Applications of Repertory
Grid (Valerie Stewart / Andrew Stewart) where you will have several examples of
exactly the process / question that you want to ask. You will receive with
this email contact with Enquire Within that will also help you.

May I suggest that you also talk to Laurence Moss in AA (Amsterdam) because
he has a good understanding of Rep Grid. I also have some examples developed
with other clients.
