Hi
Are you asking the class their construal of you, if so then that sounds
interesting. you might like to use some of the other teachers as elements and
select a group of children to elicit some constructs around the area of how they
see different teachers then mask for opposites or contrasts for the other
pole. Elementary age children do not cope with large likert type scales so you
might consider a simple scale and ask the children to rate the emergent pole
and the contrast pole. This yeilds interesting evidence in itself and children
do not seem to have much trouble with rating the poles independently.
