information to Accenture for immediate review/evaluation. They will promptly
reach out to those candidates with the appropriate skills and qualifications.

Good afternoon, fellow Groupers, Tweeters, Facebookers, and persons LinkedIn:

Now that we've recovered from our Tryptophan-induced comas, and our Black Friday
bruises and contusions, it's time to get back to work and enjoy the fruits of
our labors.

I received the following requirement from Karla Hammond, and Karla asked me to
share the love with the group. Please note, this requirement includes three
contract openings and one full-timer and Karla made it clear that she wants good
solid OCM/Communications candidates, not the ITIL/configuration change
management consultants. I assured Karla that this group would come through and
some excellent candidates would step up.

Now, the ball is in your court. If you are qualified, available, and interested
in these consulting or full-time opportunities, please reach out to Karla using
the contact information provided below. I ask that you do not reply to the
group or to me, because I have no involvement in the candidate hiring or
screening process. Also, please let Karla know that you heard about the
position through this group.

Best of luck to each of you who apply.

With kind regards,

This would have been a very tempting position. I have an uncle that lives reasonably south of DC that I could have stayed with.  I just started a new contract with the City of Houston doing Lean Manufacturing consulting.  It is a short term project designed to eliminate some waste in key areas.  We should be finished by mid December.
I am pretty sure you have my resume, if not I can send it again.  I think my availability date is too late for you, but if it is not I would be interested.
Hope that you find a good candidate that you enjoy working with.

Talk to you later,

a) Coordinate the activities of persons serving as GFEBS training coordinators in more than 200 locations throughout the GFEBS deployment community;

b) Manage the planning, logistics, execution, and continuous improvement of the GFEBS power user program;

This is an immediate requirement, so please forward your resumes to me using the e-mail address shown above. I ask that only qualified and available candidates (who could begin work within the next 14-21 days) apply. I must have a candidate who can hit the ground running; your resume should clearly indicate your past experience managing training activities, coordinating training logistics, generating metrics and associated reports, and managing significant data volumes extracted from learning management systems.

Feel free to reach out to me if you have further questions about the role. Hi all,

Anyone in this group ever used a Business Process Modeling tool called ARIS. A German company called IDS-Scheer is the owner and developer of the tool, which from their website looks very robust.

If you've worked with it, and can provide some feedback on the tool, please let me know.

Good morning, fellow Groupers, Tweeters, Facebookers, and persons LinkedIN:

I apologize up front for clogging your e-mail box today. This is the first of
at least three posts you may see from me this morning. I beg your indulgence
while I clean up my open tasks and job posts.

A couple of notes related to current, ongoing projects ---

1. There appears to be some major confusion going on at the State of South
Carolina project. For those of you with resumes posted on Monster, Dice, etc.,
I presume you've been contacted over the past week about a "new requirement for
five (5) SAP trainers". This "new requirement" had precisely the same position
details and headcount as a "new requirement" dated about two weeks ago. I
suspect many of you expressed interest to your recruiter-contact about that job
opportunity that I posted to the groups 11 days ago.

Here is the backstory, for those of you confused as I was when I started getting
calls from 2 dozen recruiters in the past four days.

As I understand the situation (I may not be 100% correct, but I think I'm
close), the State of SC contracts for external management of their SAP project
resourcing requirements (and possibly other state contracting opportunities).
Sometime in the last week or so, the State changed providers. All unfilled
personnel requirements on the old system were canceled and replaced with new
postings on the new system by the new outsourcing provider.

Additionally, the State of SC (in combination with the outsourcing provider) did
NOT re-qualify all staffing providers who were previously qualified two weeks
ago. Therefore, if a recruiter submitted your credentials for the jobs 2 weeks
ago and that recruiter was among those not re-qualified by the State of SC, then
your credentials are removed from consideration. If your recruiter was among
those that WAS re-qualified by the State, then your credentials were possibly
resubmitted, depending on the diligence of your recruiter.

I recommend that, if you were/are interested in the State of SC project (and any
open position they may still be recruiting), contact the recruiter who submitted
you to find out whether you remain in the candidate pool. If you were NOT
resubmitted sometime in the last week, then you should either ask your recruiter
to resubmit you (if they were re-qualified), or find another recruiter at
another firm who can submit you. I have the names of several re-qualified firms
and can share them with you, if asked.

2. If any of you are working on the US Army GFEBS project, please send me a
short note (privately) at JonathanCase@....

Make the most of your day and watch for two job opportunities (slightly
different than the norm) coming soon.

With best regards,

Subject: [SAPERPTrainingandC hangeMgmt] ARIS BPM Tool

Hi all,

Anyone in this group ever used a Business Process Modeling tool called ARIS. A German company called IDS-Scheer is the owner and developer of the tool, which from their website looks very robust.

If you've worked with it, and can provide some feedback on the tool, please let me know.

You can contact me at sean@hedbergconsult ing.com

Thanks,
Sean
