Enter your vote today! A new poll has been created for the
SAPERPTrainingandChangeMgmt group:
With the upcoming political contests on the medium-term horizon, there are lots
of discussions about raising taxes on the 'rich'. Political views
notwithstanding, many participants in this group are defined now as 'rich' by
one or both of the political parties. With that in mind, please respond to the
following poll by picking one selection: I am going to:
o Vote for the candidate of my party, no matter what their position on taxes
may be.
o Vote for the candidate that will keep my taxes the lowest.
o Select a candidate that best fits my overall philosophy because taxation is
not that important to me.
To vote, please visit the following web page:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/SAPERPTrainingandChangeMgmt/surveys?id=12741243
Note: Please do not reply to this message. Poll votes are
not collected via email. To vote, you must go to the Yahoo! Groups
web site listed above.
Thanks!
Hi, everyone:
I have one poll closing tomorrow, and one that remains ongoing. Only
about 1/3rd of you have taken time to respond to the polls. If you
haven't already responded, please accept this invitation to register
your votes.
Also, there are three days left for our March referral contest. For
the person who refers the most new members to our group, I am awarding
a gift certificate of $30 to either Starbucks or Amazon. The leader,
so far, already knows who she is... (peeking at JAJ). You others are
making it easy on her to take the prize. At least make a contest out
of it! REFER! REFER! REFER!
Hang on, the weekend's nearly here!

Good evening, fellow Training & Change Management practitioners...
Today marks the three-week anniversary of our group on Yahoo. We've
grown to 34 members, and I'm very happy that you chose to
participate. As a group member, you hold the growth and utility of
our group in your own hands.
Like a broken record, I continue to encourage you to promote the
existence of the group. Each of you has colleagues (current and
past), peers, and friends who perform work in SAP/ERP training or
change management. If you have not yet invited them to join the
group then I encourage you to please do so. Remember, I am
sponsoring a monthly $30 gift certificate to either Amazon or
Starbucks (your choice) to the person that refers the most new
members to the group. Please be sure to let me know when you refer
someone so I will know you've done so.
Furthermore, don't forget to participate in the two polls that I have
running, and if you have ideas for new poll questions I invite you to
share them with me.
There is a photo link that permits you to post your photo (if you are
so brave)! Also, there is a group calendar in which you can enter
your birthday so we can all celebrate!
Lastly, if you have useful links that you believe the rest of the
group may benefit from seeing, please post them or share them with me
so I can add them to the group page.
Make it a great week!

Hi, thought you'd be amused. I am now contracting to Merck and am back in the thick of things as part of the FBM team. Met your replacement today. Lots has changed, many new faces. I had been inundated with different recruiters calling me about this since last fall and I had ignored it. I happened to be between projects, in addition to a very persistent recruiter and there I was today! Stay well! nisha

Good day, everyone:
For those of you exposed to UPerform, I'd love to hear your thoughts about how well you like the new RWD tool versus InfoPak. I have not yet had exposure to UPerform, so your comments are very welcomed. What are the enhancements that make a difference to you? What new problems have you encountered using the tool? Was there much of a learning curve for you?
I know you get tired of my reminders, but please continue to promote the group to others in the SAP/ERP Training and Change Management practice areas. We're doing great so far, approaching 30 members in two weeks. But we all know there are more and more out there. I'm sponsoring the $30 gift certificate to Starbucks or Amazon (you get to pick if you win) for the person who refers the most new members (yes, they must actually join). Right now, JAJ is in the lead.
Please take a look at the two open poll questions, if you have not yet responded. To those who have, please accept my thanks!
Make your week a great one, and Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

Hi again, fellow Groupers (lightly breaded, and baked):
One of the many perks of a Yahoo group (eyeroll please) is a group
calendar. Yes, it's permissible to enter events on the calendar.
Yes, you're right again, it's perfectly fine to add your birthday to
the calendar so we can all take note and celebrate.
Members, please navigate to the Calendar link (stage left) and add
your Birthday event to the group calendar. You never know the volume
of recognition, good wishes, and unexpected gifts that you may receive
by so doing!
Are you wearing green today?

Here is a new SAP Training Developer opportunity that I received last night. I have seen similar openings for a few weeks, so I do not know if this is truly a new rek, or one that just keeps perpetually circulating.
I have no personal experience with this recruiter, so I cannot be much help in that regard.
Make it a good day!

Remember, I'm still seeking new links to add to the group page. If
you have alumni links for the big five (other than IBM, because
they're already linked), if you have links to employment opportunities
for major players in the SAP/ERP training/change management space
(other than IBM, wouldn't ya know), if you have helpful travel links,
if you have worthwhile links for training and change publications or

Help me build a one-stop link source for the best training and change
management practitioner Internet sites.
Don't forget, we have a poll question running for a couple of weeks.
I promise, voting is painless.
Happy Friday, all.

Good day, fellow members...
Bring out your links... bring out your links... (for those Monty Python fans out there in the group, you are smiling... I know you are)
One of my goals for this group is to provide a robust library of active web links that support the needs of SAP/ERP training and change management consultants. Employment opportunities, independent contractor business information, travel websites, professional certifications, and links to individual companies comprise only a portion of the available links that may be of value to us all.
I have already provided links to the IBM Alumni website, and the IBM Global Business Services jobs website. If you have links to equivalent websites for Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, BearingPoint, CapGemini, Ernst & Young, PWC, or any other company that is a major player in the employment of training and change management consultants, please forward the link to me or feel free to add it yourself.
My intent is to check the links monthly to ensure they remain active. I will be adding SeatGuru to the links later today, and will be distribute a message each week featuring one or more of the links.
Remember... tell your friends and colleagues about the group. There is a membership referral contest that will continue for the next several months. Information about the contest is simple and is found in the message posts area. Refer! Refer! Refer!

Good afternoon, everyone:
After two days of life, our SAPERPTrainingandChangeMgmt group now has
7 members. Obviously, the success of any group is measured by
activity and growth. I encourage you to network with your training
and change management colleagues and let them know about the group.
To help promote invitations and group growth, I am holding a monthly
contest and will provide a $30 gift card/certificate from either
Amazon or Starbucks (winner's choice) to the person who makes the most
referrals that result in new group memberships.
The rules are simple... invite someone to join and ask them to send me
a separate e-mail to confirm the referral source. My e-mail is
JonathanCase@.... If you want to e-mail me with your
referrals, that's OK too... as long as SOMEONE notifies me that a
referral took place. I can track it no matter who sends me the note.
Be sure to include the e-mail address of the part you referred,
because I do not see member names... only e-mail addresses. If
multiple members refer the same person, the first person who notifies
me will get credit for the referral.
If there is a tie for the most successful referrals, the referral
names will go in a hat and a winner will be drawn. I'll engage an
independent third party (yes, you will hafta trust me on this one) to
perform the drawing and pick a winner. The first winner will be
selected on April 1, and the first of each month thereafter. I'll
circulate a message to the group each month to announce the winner.
Thank you for choosing to participate in the group, and I hope you'll
take time to invite your friends, coworkers (past, current, and
future) to join.
Remember... REFER! REFER! REFER!
