I am facing very big performance problem in QAS server. Hit
ratio in ST04 is more than 98% but the transaction takes more time to
execute. My server AS/400 V5R4 running ECC5.0. This is my wrksyssts.

I found that RCLSTG should run. What is the procedure for doing that.
