Subject: [SJDT] Amy Galasso - Dog dream -
Barb -
This is a dream Amy had last night.
She dreams about dog's often - I think b/c she wants a dog so badly.
We had a dog once last year for about 2 weeks but he didn't work out.
I've been resistant to trying this again b/c of the commitment, the responsibility
and our busy schedule. All that to say..... I questioned if some of this
dream was part of Amy's own desires or is it symbolic in nature.
I know alot of times God speaks to people symbolically through things
they do or love to do...
When I read the dream and saw the detail of it, I felt it may have been
significant for our church(?) ..... not sure..... so I'm submitting it to you all.
God bless,
Debbie

My Dream

In the beginning of my dream, it was almost like we were having a field day for church. There were different teams. Every body was competing for different prizes like trophies, medals, etc. At the end of “field day,” You would be awarded the prizes. You would get individual prizes, and team prizes.
We had to prepare and be prepared for the many obstacles during field day and for the many awards after field day. We went through field day doing many activities. It was fun. After field day, everybody sat down on the ground as Darlene Blackwell distributed rewards to everyone for things like agility. Alex Pendergrass got that award.
Then, Darlene pulled a bed sheet off of a little, metal crate. The crate had a dark brown puppy in it. Darlene said, “This free puppy is awarded to Amy Galasso for saying ‘Thank you’ when being given something, and for saying ‘Please’ when asking for something.” I looked over at Mom and she looked at me. We each had smiles on as wide as the Mississippi River.
After the awards and prizes were handed out, everyone came to my house for a little barbeque. I had to go to the bathroom, so I headed toward my dad’s office bathroom. Before I entered the office bathroom, I had to go through the office. In the office was the puppy in the crate (which was on Dad’s Office Chair) and Dolores Reeves next to the crate. I think she was watching over the dog. I asked her if I could take the puppy out and bring it with me into the bathroom. She nodded her head.
I took the puppy out of the crate and brought him into the facility with me. As I walked into the office bathroom, there was a little chair on my left that had never been there before. I just sat in it with the puppy in my arms (instead of going potty). I talked to the little puppy telling him how cute he was. I also stroked his smooth fur. I said, “You are just so cute and I thank God for you. I will call you Miracle.” As I looked even closer at Miracle, I noticed something near his lip and asked Dolores what it was. She said it was drool. I wiped it off with a tissue. As I did this, I noticed that the dog had had a little bump/blemish. Then, I woke up and went potty.
