- we are trying to focus regular CIPS SecSIG meetings on non-product-related technical presentations and round-table discussions of security issues
- vendors will have to arrange their own times and venues
- event notices will go out on this list
- a vendor events page will have a one-line link in regular SecSIG email notices
- list membership is restricted to the Vancouver InfoSec community and vendors of products + services of interest
- vendors can send messages / notices to mailto:SSIG-Van-Vendor-owner@yahoogroups.com if they don't want to join the list itself
