Technical Project Manager - Graphics Specialist

The candidate will help support mobile handset multimedia product.
The Technical Project Manager will work with mobile content
providers, technology partners, and testing partners in several
remote locations. The position includes the following
responsibilities:

•Assist in SVG (Scalar Vector Graphics) content and application
testing on mobile handsets.
•Evaluate SVG Tiny feature implementation by conducting
comprehensive feature testing on development devices.
•Develop original mobile SVG animation and compelling interactive
applications
•Construct strategy plan for marketing graphics features
•Create training materials to be used for content provider training
world wide
•Conduct How to create and use SVG content technical training for
content providers as needed
•Define and maintain mobile handset test plans. Take part in
testing beta version PC graphics software applications for authoring
mobile graphics and audio content.
•Coordinate and manage multimedia handset testing with partners.
Interpret handset test information and publish results.
•Evaluate graphics and animation content from other content provider
partners
•Report trends in handset issues uncovered through testing for
follow up with OEM partners to ensure resolution in upcoming handset
releases
•Review and feedback on mobile multimedia product specifications and
support requirements
•Evaluate industry trends, customer and partner feedback as criteria
for new product specifications.
•Conduct market research on mobile graphics content services and
technology usage in content provider community.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

•Bachelors and 5-7 years of experience working with mobile or PC
animated graphics content a must
•Understanding of mobile graphics formats and mobile content
production
•Experience in PC graphics format such as Flash or SVG is a plus
•Good Presentation skills
•Market interpretation/analysis, product vision, market knowledge,
competitive analysis.
•Ability to learn and apply new technologies.
•Ability to time manage efficiently
•Ability to work independently
•Ability to work well in a team environment.
•Demonstrated ability to analyze and communicate complex technical
solutions to others.
•Ability to establish priorities while balancing complex technical
and business requirements.
