Historically, I plan the time and place to coincide with experts passing through
town. The Symbian Foundation offices are located near the airport in Foster
City. If it works for the speaker(s), we can meet here. If they already have a
venue lined up, let's head up there.

I have found the format to be important. That is, it should be an Evening event
starting around 7pm. This allows people to come after work and join in.
