South West Astronomy Observers Group (SWAOG) is a group of amateur astronomical observers, in the Chicago metropolitan area, who like to go observing and share the hobby of Amateur Astronomy online and via Ham Radio. We meet on the Dupage Amateur Radio Club Repeater (145.250 MHz -600 KHz Input) on Thursday evenings at 8:30 PM CT to discuss the wonderful hobby of Amateur Astronomy, coordinate observing sessions, share news bulletins and astronomical data. Internet and scanner listeners are welcome to check-in, participate and ask/answer questions via email or live Chat here. All are welcome!
