Hi, I took some subs of the Horsehead and surrounding nebulae a few weeks ago. Finally processed it last night. I really should have taken three sets of subs

Bud, I took another look in PI and what I'm probably seeing is a very slight halo around the main cluster. It extends radially and thus lights up the bottom

thanks Sander, Steve and Admilson Sander, I always use a very bright levels adjustment frame at the top to check for gradients, and I don't remember seeing
