This is an exciting project! I have a copy of the bible.org.uk print
edition of Sahidica, and I think the English subtitles in your rough
draft help tremendously in making the text more accessible.

How extensive are you thinking of making the text-critical notes?
Have you considered noting, in some way, Greek loanwords?
