I have a Samsung DVD Player that Upconverts standard DVDs to 1080p
picture (I have a 1080p Samsung TV and the DVD player is connected to
it via a 1080p HDMI cable). My problem is 2 things: 1)It has started
to skip on almost any DVD I put in it; and 2)during motion on some DVDs
horizontal lines will appear in whichever object on the screen is
moving at the time. For example, I was watching Live Free or Die Hard
and when a police car was backing up, a bunch of lines covered the car;
and when a character would move their head, same thing would happen.
This has been happening on several of my movies, yet when I play them
in my PS3 it doesn't happen, the picture is great.

I don't think this is normal....

Anyone know if there is a way to fix it, or should I just return it (if
I can)?
