Sorry, I couldnt help you for this event since I only have bino and I am not living in Surabaya currently. But, I believe some of SbyAstroclub member have telescope. And if thats not possible, maybe you can try another option for example try to ask Physics department Universitas negeri malang. I think they have one.

Dear Surabaya Astronomy Club Members,
I am a math teacher ( with an astronomy degree from UC Berkeley) who is planning a Star Party Night on Friday May 1st at Surabaya International School in Citra Raya. The school's reflector is in bad shape and does not have a motor mount for tracking. Would any club members be willing to bring their telescopes to this school wide star party and let students aged 6 - 18 look through them?
