Re: [Scrum-India] Approach for Scrum implementation

Hi,
You can also refer the book "Becoming Agile" by Greg and Ahmed.

The book description says "Many books discuss Agile from a theoretical or academic perspective. Becoming Agile takes a different approach and focuses on explaining Agile from a ground-level point-of-view. Becoming Agile focuses on the importance of adapting Agile principles to the realities of your environment"..

I am currently reviewing this book and so far I found it very thoughtful and engaging.

Subject: [Scrum-India] Approach for Scrum implementation

Hi,
Please share your experience/thoughts on following:
What should be the approach/step by step method if a company wants to transition from Traditional dev to Scrum. Any case study? What challenges, best practices, etc. Why Scrum, benefits, metrics (productivyt/ quality improvement) , what could be the pay back time, advantages over traditional, etc. Here I am thinking of a scenario "why and how a traditional dev based company can transition to Scrum org"

Cheers
Pooja
