I am experimenting with my exercise routine to see if I can do
something about the arthritis in my hip that's been bothering me
since October. I've had an intuition that exercising my serratus
anterior muscles--the ones that allow you to shrug your shoulders
forward--would be helpful. I hope that I can get on top of the
situation in time for the Summer hiking season.
Am I on to something? Or am I full of beans? I'll know within the
next two months.
