I'm not so sure... maybe exercises on your hip would be better? I had a rotator cuff problem and exercise absolutely cured that... I wish I could find something similar for hips too. Let me know if you come into anything that works. I have tried exercising more and less but nothing seems to work. I was about to try something in the supplements - but some say they don't work either... hey - I'll race you to the hip replacement ward!
